FDA Compliance And Sulfoaildenafil In Black-Market Tablets
There has been a warning released by the US Food and Drug Administration over concerns about a sexual enhancement drug sold on the internet. The FDA released a list of sexual performance enhancements that were found to be a risk to human health back in 2004. The makers of these drugs were breaching FDA compliance and federal law by failing to fully disclose all of the ingredients in the drugs.
Some of the ‘supplements’ included Actra-Rx, Actra-Sx, Libidus, Nasutra, Neophase, Vigor-25, Yilishen, Zimaxx, 4EVERON, and Liviro3.
These and the rest of the list are available to view on the FDA’s website. They are promoted as a pill to enhance sexual performance or treat erectile dysfunction. If you take prescription drugs or use some herbal remedies then you are risking your health by taking these illegal drugs.
Stiff Nights is the product to come under fire from the FDA in recent weeks. It is not what it claims to be, the active ingredients definitely do not fall under the category of an all-natural dietary supplement. The FDAs compliance regulations over the marketing of drugs is being breached by the company behind Stiff Night. Withholding ingredient information can put consumers at serious health risk because the active ingredients in many sexual enhancement drugs can react with prescription medicines.
Men are at the highest risk if they are taking medication for conditions including heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure and cholesterol at the same time as taking Stiff Nights and other performance enhancing drugs. This is because Stiff Night contains the chemical sulfoaildenafil which is the ingredient used in Viagra. When sulfoaildenafil and nitrate drugs are taken together they can seriously lower blood pressure. Nitrates are commonly found in the medicines used to treat the above conditions and a side effect of them can be erectile dysfunction.
Because the product is advertised as ‘all natural’, many unsuspecting men are taking the drug without knowing that it could seriously damage their health. The FDA was warned about Stiff Nights following a customer complaint although the nature of the complaint remains undisclosed. The FDA decided to release a consumer warning after it had conducted an investigation.
